Vendloria is made for riders, commuters, and weekend explorers who prefer simple, lightweight gear for the moments around the ride. Our products are designed for everyday rides, touring days, mixed-surface routes, and time outdoors.

Are your products suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our products are designed to be easy to understand and easy to use. You do not need a professional racing setup or an adventure bike to use most of our everyday riding essentials.

Can I wear the face cover under a motorcycle helmet?

Yes. Our face covers are designed to sit comfortably under a compatible helmet without adding unnecessary bulk. Fit can vary depending on your helmet shape, hairstyle, and other gear, so we recommend trying it during a short ride before using it for a longer trip.

What does “helmet-friendly” mean?

It means the face cover is designed to fit under a helmet and stay close to the face and neck without creating excessive bulk. It is not a helmet, impact protector, or substitute for certified motorcycle safety equipment.

Does the face cover protect against the sun?

The face cover helps cover exposed skin during outdoor activities and provides a layer against sun, wind, and dust. It does not replace sunscreen or certified UV-protective clothing unless a specific UPF rating is listed on the product page.

Will the face cover feel hot?

The fabric is designed to be breathable, quick-drying, and comfortable during active use. Comfort depends on temperature, humidity, riding speed, and how the cover fits under your helmet.

How should I wash the face cover?

Wash gently and air dry between uses. Avoid high heat, bleach, and harsh fabric treatments that may affect the material or stretch.

How do I choose the right motorcycle phone mount?

Check three things before ordering:

• Your phone is approximately 4.7–7.1 inches, or 11.9–18.0 cm.

• Your handlebar is between 15–30 mm if you choose the Handlebar Mount.

• Your motorcycle has a compatible 10 mm mirror-bolt position if you choose the Mirror Mount.

Your phone case may affect fit. Always check the mount and fasteners before riding, and adjust or remove your phone only when the motorcycle is parked.

Is the phone mount suitable for off-road riding?

The mount is designed for regular rides, touring, commutes, and mixed-surface routes. It includes a vibration-damping base and four-point mechanical grip. It is not a guarantee against phone or mount damage on every road or trail condition.

How do I know if the kickstand pad fits my motorcycle?

Compatibility depends on the shape and clearance of your original side-stand foot. Compare your motorcycle with the U-shaped clamping profile before ordering.

Install it while the motorcycle is parked on a stable surface, and re-check the screws after installation. The pad creates a broader contact area, but it does not guarantee stability on uneven ground.

Can I use the motorcycle leg bag while riding?

Yes, but adjust both the waist strap and thigh strap before setting off. Make sure the bag does not restrict movement or interfere with your riding position. Only open or access the bag when the motorcycle is safely parked.

Is the Mini Bike Pump made for motorcycles?

The Mini Bike Pump is currently designed for bicycles, mountain bikes, and commuter bikes with compatible Presta or Schrader valves. Motorcycle riders should confirm valve compatibility, required pressure, and intended use before purchasing it as part of a motorcycle kit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $49 when the offer is shown at checkout. Any shipping cost will be displayed before you place your order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Tracking details may take 48–72 hours to update after the shipping email is sent.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
